Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of materials management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center, hospital, or cardiovascular services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and surgical supplies, equipment, and inventory management systems.
• Experience with purchasing systems and inventory software.”

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support daily operations and surgical case requirements.
• Monitor inventory utilization and implement processes to reduce waste and control costs.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies while avoiding stock shortages and overstock.
