Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Materials Manager to lead supply chain and materials management at St. Francis Ambulatory Surgery Center.

This role will oversee purchasing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and supply availability to ensure the center has the resources needed to support safe, efficient, high-quality surgical care. Working closely with clinical teams and center leadership, you’ll help establish effective supply chain processes from the ground up while balancing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in materials management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with inventory management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels to support daily surgical operations.
• Review schedules to anticipate supply and equipment needs.
• Order, receipt, and distribution of supplies per facility policies.
