Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit to join our full-time night shift team. The role is 36 hours per week, with 7:00 pm to 7:30 am hours and rotating weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Illinois RN licensure, and 1+ year inpatient experience; there is a path to BSN within five years if starting with an associate degree. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Associate degree in Nursing with BSN within five years.
• Illinois RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per state act and hospital policy.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to staff.
• Collaborate with team to meet unit goals.
