Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers a 36-hour workweek with day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualified candidates will hold a BSN or higher, have 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient setting, Illinois RN licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. The position includes competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is highest, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Requires 1+ years' RN inpatient unit experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Monitors patient progress, assesses changes in condition, and documents observations.
• Delegates appropriate tasks and collaborates with the healthcare team.
