Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit in Naperville. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week and night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or higher and have 1+ year of inpatient RN experience. ADN holders must pursue BSN within five years. IL RN licensure and CPR certification are required. Benefits include incentive plans, health options, tuition reimbursement, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing required.
• 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting required.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing required.
• If ADN is highest, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans, and evaluates care; monitors progress and records observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
