Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit in Naperville. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week, with nights 7:00pm-7:30am and rotating weekends/holidays. Active IL RN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Required education includes a Bachelor’s in Nursing; ADN with BSN within five years is acceptable. 1+ year inpatient RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Requires 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Associate Degree in Nursing with BSN within five years if ADN highest.
• Illinois RN licensure and current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan, monitor progress and document observations.
• Delegate care tasks to other staff and collaborate with the team.
• Operate flexibly within the unit; duties may vary by shift.
