Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) covers 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, and CPR certification. The role emphasizes professional nursing care, clinical assessment, and teamwork within a Magnet-recognized network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' RN inpatient unit experience.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
