Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week, nights from 7:00pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends/holidays.

Nurses provide care under the Illinois Act, document progress, and participate in patient care planning with a multidisciplinary team. Required includes a nursing degree (BSN preferred or higher), an Illinois RN license, 1+ year inpatient RN experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per state Act and hospital policies; assesses, plans, and evaluates patient care.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to achieve unit goals.
