Job summary

Clearway is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care in office and ambulatory surgery settings. You will enter intake and provider orders into the EMR, assist with pre-op, recovery, and discharge, and help maintain patient flow.

Responsibilities include collecting patient information, taking vital signs, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safe operation of clinical equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EMR systems is preferred.
• Current BLS certification and strong patient-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist in bringing patients to pre-op, recovery and discharge.
• Maintain patient flow and assist nursing staff with vital signs.
