Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in an office and Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, assist with vital signs, forms, and patient education, and help maintain patient flow and safety.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel up to 80% between company locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Nursing/MA training or Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist with patient flow, vital signs, and preparation for procedures.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Support nursing and physician staff with clinical duties as needed.
