Job summary

Exsurco-Medica seeks a Surgical Application Specialist to support its surgical product lines across OR and Sterile Processing departments. You will deliver hands-on product training, troubleshoot in-field issues, and support ongoing surgical cases while coordinating travel with the sales team.

The role requires clinical or surgical background, documentation of training, and strong communication skills. Occasional after-hours and weekend coverage may be necessary as part of patient care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; clinical or surgical certification is a plus.
• Burn or wound care background preferred.
• Certification in a related medical/health field with at least two years of OR, tissue processing, or surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support across all Surgical product lines as directed by the Exsurco Sales team or management.
• Conduct hands-on product training sessions for OR/SPD staff to ensure proper assembly, disassembly, use, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Provide surgical training support and in-services for hospital staff and departments as required, including surgeons, residents, and OR personnel.
• Perform on-site surgical case coverage and remote troubleshooting via company devices; coordinate travel and account coverage with the manager.
• Maintain reports, CRM updates, and feedback to Marketing, Service, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams.
