Job summary

Exsurco Medical, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Application Specialist to deliver on-site training and technical support for all surgical product lines. You will conduct product demos, ensure proper use, and provide in-service training across OR, SPD, and related departments.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), strong communication, and ability to troubleshoot clinical workflows. Bachelor’s Degree preferred with surgical certification; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; surgical background with proper certification is a plus.
• Certification in a related medical/health field (Surgical Technician, EMT, Tissue Banking Specialist) is advantageous.
• Experience in developing relationships, training and supervising technical staff and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support for all Surgical product lines as directed by the Exsurco Sales team or management.
• Conduct product training sessions in person and hands-on at facilities (OR and SPD) for proper assembly, disassembly, use, troubleshooting, and processing.
• Provide surgical training support to ensure proper use of products.
• Conduct in-services across hospital departments including Sterile Processing, OR staff, surgeons, and purchasing as required.
• On-site surgical case coverage in the OR based on Exsurco schedule and provide troubleshooting via company phone.
