Job summary

Exsurco seeks a Surgical Application Specialist to deliver on-site training and support across hospitals, focusing on OR and Sterile Processing staff. You will train on assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and use of Exsurco blade and mesh systems, and provide ongoing clinical demos.

The role requires extensive travel, up to 80% of the time, with overnight and weekend coverage as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or surgical certification is preferred, with strong communication and training skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other surgical background with proper certification is a plus.
• Burn or wound care background preferred.
• Certification in a related medical/health field and at least two years of direct OR experience.
• Documented success in developing relationships, training and supervising technical staff and meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support with all Surgical product lines as directed by Exsurco Sales team or management.
• Conduct on-site product training sessions for OR and Sterile Processing staff to ensure proper assembly, use, troubleshooting, and processing.
• Provide surgical training support to ensure proper use of products.
• Conduct in-services for hospital departments including OR staff, surgeons, residents, and purchasing.
