Job summary

Exsurco Medical, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Application Specialist to deliver on-site support, medical device training, and surgical case coverage.

You will train clinicians in OR and SPD settings, assist with product demonstrations, and coordinate field activities to drive continued device usage. The role requires extensive travel (80%), strong communication, and the ability to adapt training across diverse hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a surgical/medical field or related certification.
• Certification in a medical/health field is an asset.
• Experience in operating room, tissue banking, or surgical support is desirable.
• Ability to train clinical staff and document training activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surgical product line support as directed by the Exsurco Sales team.
• Conduct hands-on product training for OR and SPD personnel.
• Provide on-site surgical case coverage and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Quality, Engineering on field feedback and issues.
• Maintain CRM reports and schedule, including travel planning.
