Job summary

Exsurco is seeking an experienced field sales professional to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Amalgatome SD Ring Blades and related products. The role includes on-site training for clinicians, supporting surgical cases, and driving ongoing blade utilization through customer visits.

Requirements include a surgical background (certifications a plus), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; surgical background with certification is a plus.
• Burn or wound care background preferred.
• CTBS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site surgical product support and training as directed by Sales.
• Conduct product demos and hands-on sessions for OR and SPD staff.
• Provide on-site surgical case coverage and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel and reports, ensuring accurate CRM updates.
• Maintain compliance with quality management and code of conduct.
