Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all aspects of patient surgeries for a high-volume physician practice.
• Create and submit surgical encounters in Soarian for billing.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Obtain authorization for surgery and coordinate with surgeons to ensure correct codes.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure proper scheduling and coding.
