Qualifications

• One year of experience in healthcare or related environment with medical terminology knowledge.
• Experience with Cerner, IDX or similar healthcare systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication and de-escalation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries, procedures and follow-up visits across surgeon teams.
• Manage day-of-visit patient flow and room patients; handle communications to keep clinics running smoothly.
• Provide procedure room support and cover for sick/vacation coverage to ensure continuity of care.
