Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-panel and multi-surgeon cases across locations.
• Verify patient eligibility and discuss financial obligations.
• Obtain precertification or proper insurance approvals for procedures.
• Monitor schedules and optimize resource use.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Maintain quality in operations impacting patients and staff.
