Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgery schedules with patients, physicians, and OR staff.
• Schedule multi-panel and multi-surgeon cases across locations.
• Assist in scheduling related appointments and coordinating logistics.
• Verify patient eligibility and discuss potential financial obligations.
• Determine in-network coverage and liaise with billing resources as needed.
• Obtain precertification or insurance approval prior to procedures.
• Handle paperwork for insurance certification and ensure compliance.
• Monitor schedules and optimize resource use and workflow.
• Support training of new and existing team members.
