The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an organized Scheduler to manage surgeries and procedures for the operating room, endoscopy, and anesthesia departments. You will coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure accurate scheduling and resource availability.

You should have strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining patient confidentiality. Familiarity with Op-Time and EPIC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Scheduling in OR, endoscopy, and anesthesia departments.
• Familiar with Op-Time, EPIC, and ICD9 verification.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Handles pressure and maintains confidentiality.
• Knowledge of health insurance eligibility.
• Ability to verify payer information online.
