• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries and follow-up appointments.
• Interface with physicians and staff at clinics and facilities.
• Coordinate processes and route paperwork to meet physician and facility requirements.
• Ensure efficient telephone communication.
• Follow Clinic protocols and demonstrate courtesy to patients and families.
• Schedule mutually acceptable appointment times for patients and physicians using the scheduling system.
