• Communicates detailed information including arrivals and procedure times.
• Answers patient questions with professional, empathetic communication.
• Works with subspecialty teams to ensure implants and supplies are available for patient care.
• Assists with cancellations by noting reasons and relaying pertinent information.
• May learn billing and auditing responsibilities.
