Job summary

The Doctors Clinic is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to coordinate surgeries and follow-up visits within our Poulsbo clinics. You will liaise with patients, physicians, and external facilities to ensure accurate scheduling and information flow.

Ideal candidates have prior medical office experience, some medical coding exposure, and familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic health records. Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical office is required.
• Some experience with medical coding is preferred.
• Familiar with electronic health systems, scheduling systems, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates surgeries and follow-up appointments.
• Collaborates with patients, physicians, and outside facilities to ensure accurate information.
