Job summary

Colorectal Surgery Physicians Group, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Surgery Scheduler for a full-time, weekday-only role in Kansas. This position offers day hours with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays, and focuses on smooth scheduling and accurate clinical information flow.

You will obtain CPT/ICD-10 codes, schedule OR time with facilities, verify credentialing, coordinate provider calendars, and ensure required records and imaging are available while maintaining HIPAA and conduct

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• BLS may be required as per practice standard.

Responsibilities

• Obtains CPT and ICD-10 codes and other clinical information.
• Determines OR time and coordinates with facility for scheduling.
• Verifies physician credentialing and coordinates provider calendars.
