Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling for surgical procedures across hospitals and centers. You will ensure accurate demographic data, prep instructions, and insurance requirements are communicated to patients and healthcare partners.

The role requires strong scheduling experience, proficiency with Medent or similar EMR, and excellent communication. This on-site position supports physicians and staff while maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years surgery scheduling experience.
• Medical Assistant Certification or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients accurately for surgical procedures and related appointments.
• Provide patients with all prep, instruction and insurance information.
• Maintain effective schedules and communicate with hospitals, centers and physicians.
