Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Surgery Scheduler to be the first point of contact for patients and to support providers by scheduling procedures and coordinating care.

The role involves managing pre-op tests, insurance approvals, and consent forms, while assisting with billing, day-to-day operations, and MyChart support. A 3–5 year background in scheduling is preferred, with a HS diploma or equivalent required.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a customer-focused Surgery Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing support to providers by scheduling surgical procedures and meetings while helping create exceptional patient care. Provides leadership to Surgery Schedulers I and II. Contributes to work on pilots and projects, preparing analyses, and patient care coordination.

What You'll Do
