Balance Health seeks a highly organized Surgery Scheduler to join our team. You will coordinate surgical schedules, verify insurance, obtain pre-op clearance, and manage medical records while delivering courteous patient service.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. This role supports podiatry-centric operations in Southern California and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred - but willing to train the right individual.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment.
• Patient-focused with the ability to work independently.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented scheduler to join our incredible team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of scheduling patients for surgery. This role will provide a high level of service in order to schedule procedures from physician according to established guidelines. A top candidate will posses excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proven experience in a Surgery Scheduler role
• Familiarity with office procedures and phone systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative support
• Experience working in a medical office setting, Podiatry experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills.
