Englewood Health is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for the Surgery and Surgical Oncology department. The role focuses on managing physician clinic and surgery schedules, including insurance pre-authorizations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and organization.

The position requires EMR proficiency (Epic) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a schedule from 8am to 4pm and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of secretarial or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR (Epic) and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, to manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume office setting.
