Job summary

Englewood Health, located on the main campus, seeks a full-time Medical Receptionist for the Surgery & Surgical Oncology department. The role handles patient check-in/out, telephony, scheduling, and paperwork while using Epic EMR to ensure smooth flow from waiting area to exam rooms. Shift: Days, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Prior medical office experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish is advantageous. Excellent benefits, PTO, and parking are offered at Englewood Health.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones.
• Schedule appointments and manage paperwork.
• Deliver records to other departments and route calls.
• Utilize Epic EMR to manage patient flow and scheduling.
