Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies completion of the prior authorization process.
• Maintains EPIC scheduling processes and acts as system super user.
• Communicates with OR, pre-surgery and clinics to ensure smooth flow.
• Provides clear patient instructions for procedures.
