Job summary

Englewood Health, on the main campus, seeks a Medical Receptionist for a fast-paced surgery office with multiple providers. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient paperwork using the Epic EMR to support efficient flow.

Excellent benefits and PTO are offered, with free parking and a paid lunch hour. Prior medical office/receptionist experience is a plus and schedule is days, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• EMR Experience preferred.
• High School Graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage paperwork.
• Deliver records to other departments and route calls.
• Actively use the hospital EMR (Epic).
• Manage patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms.
• Maintain professional, proactive, and courteous conduct.
