Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of materials for surgery and to oversee safe, efficient transportation of inventory to medical facilities. The role requires hands-on use of ERP/MRP systems to track loaned, received, shipped, and returned items.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and on-site warehouse teams to fulfill orders, assist with manual order fulfillment as needed, and maintain real-time status updates

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP software in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with staff to ensure surgery requisitions are submitted timely and accurately.
• Checks orders for completeness and make recommendations based on prior usage.
• Fulfills surgery requests accurately and within required timeframes.
• Uses ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue, and track inventory.
• Collaborates with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and on-site warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
• Assists warehouse personnel with manual order fulfillment as needed.
• Ensures the timely return of inventory and maintains real-time status updates.
• Boxes, packs, labels, ships instruments, and handles deliveries and returns safely.
