Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking a Field Inventory Coordinator to optimize surgical asset flow. You will coordinate with Sales, Surgeons, OR staff, and Biomedical teams to ensure sets are tracked and moved efficiently across hospitals and distributors.

Responsibilities include daily route planning with Field Operations, logging movements in Trello or current systems, and strict adherence to hospital policies, with ongoing maintenance of equipment and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team focused environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Team, Surgeons, OR Personnel, Central Processing and Biomedical staff on set movements.
• Track and move surgical asset inventory across hospitals and distributor locations.
• Adhere to hospital policies and credentialing requirements for drop-offs and pickups.
• Maintain logs of tracking numbers and replenishment activities; manage expiration dates.
