Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a Logistics & Order Operations professional to coordinate inventory and service orders nationwide and internationally. You will liaise between Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and accurate documentation in an office-based, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, coordination, or order operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, peers, and management.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory availability with Buyers, Planners, and Supply Chain teams to support installation and service demand.
• Investigate inventory shortages, discrepancies, and allocation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to stakeholders.
• Create and process service, equipment, and capital orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare customer quotations and proforma invoices, including pricing, freight, taxes, and fees.
• Verify stock availability and order requirements prior to processing for timely fulfillment.
• Generate domestic and international shipping documentation and labels.
• Track and monitor service orders through the lifecycle with required approvals and updates.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate account information.
• Manage product return activities, including returns, credits, and documentation.
• Process customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with Finance.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and order issues to maintain satisfaction.
