Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Supply Chain professional to coordinate the daily flow of supplies, implants, and equipment for the Surgery Department using ERP systems and handheld devices. This role emphasizes inventory control, backorder resolution, and timely replenishment to support surgical care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, clinicians, and vendors; maintaining inventory accuracy; and improving processes while upholding patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of medical supply experience and 3 years of procurement/inventory experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

• Coordinate the daily flow of supplies, implants, and equipment for Surgery using ERP and handheld tools.
• Manage inventory, backorders, substitutions, recalls, and logistical issues.
