Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative strategies and implement systems to enhance education programs.
• Collaborate with the Vice Chair of Education and Program Directors.
• Oversee financial planning and annual operating budgets for residency programs.
• Manage staffing including recruitment, performance evaluation, and development.
• Coordinate educational programming across sub-specialties.
