Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise clerical and administrative staff, hire and mentor employees, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop and oversee budgets for the education office and track expenditures.
• Design evaluations for programs, create promotional materials, and represent programs at meetings.
• Coordinate operations to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Maintain policies and procedures compliant with university standards and accrediting agencies.
• Prepare reports and surveys for university administration and accrediting bodies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Handle payroll forms, leave requests, and other operational tasks as needed.
