Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Manager of Education Programs to oversee the Surgery Education Office, coordinating residency, clerkship, and fellowship activities. You will supervise education coordinators and ensure timely appointments and reappointments, while driving process improvements within graduate medical education.

Ideal candidates bring substantial program administration experience and strong communication skills, with familiarity in MedHub, ERAS, EValue, and NRMP workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of related experience including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with graduate medical education systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs administrative strategies and manages a staff of at least 6; develops systems to enhance education programs.
• Oversees financial planning and annual operating budgets for residency and fellowship programs.
• Manages residency and fellowship recruitment processes and coordinates Program Specialists.
• Ensures compliance with ACGME, NRMP, and related accreditation requirements.
