• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical billing compliance.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMs).

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical cases for assigned provider.
• Provide pre-operative instructions to patients and scan documents into charts.
• Counsel patients for all surgeries and discuss insurance options.
• Inform patients of pre-admission testing and follow-up care.
• Complete surgical billing accurately and manage deposits/payments.
• Coordinate with OR scheduling and ensure timely paperwork.
