Job summary

Azul, part of the Aesthetic Partners network, is seeking a Surgery Coordinator in Ft. Myers, FL. You will schedule all surgical cases, provide pre-operative guidance, counsel patients, and manage pre/post-operative activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with surgical scheduling and pre/post-operative coordination.
• Ability to counsel patients regarding procedures, insurance, and costs.
• Accurate completion of surgical billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical cases for assigned provider.
• Provide pre-operative instructions and collect patient information.
• Counsel patients on surgeries, insurance coverage and costs.
• Complete surgical billing and collect deposits/final payments.
• Follow up with cancelled or rescheduled surgeries.
