Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-focused, and able to explain insurance benefits and costs while coordinating with the OR and clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical cases for the assigned provider.
• Provide pre-operative instructions to patients and collect/scan documents into charts.
• Counsel patients on surgeries and discuss benefits and costs with insurance.
• Stay current with latest technologies, medications, and common patient questions.
