Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computerized appointment/scheduling systems; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of system-wide master patient index through validation and capture of patient demographics.
• Validate patient physician information and accurate data collection.
• Coordinate services and provide instructions as requested by patients and physicians.
• Schedule intra- and inter-departmentally as needed per physician orders.
• Serve as liaison with admitting office regarding reservations and update information.
