Job summary

SRG Ventures is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Manager - Surfaces to drive new business for flooring, tile, and countertop projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate between operations and purchasing, and promote company products through proposals and site visits.

The right candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in flooring, construction, or related industry.
• Experience with estimating, bidding, or construction-related sales preferred (equivalent combos of education and experience may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote products and services.
• Develop and present proposals, bids, and estimates aligned with pricing and profitability expectations.
• Prepare material take-offs and pricing for flooring, tile, and countertop projects.
• Follow up on proposals to drive conversions and close sales.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing customer accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of flooring, tile, countertop materials and project requirements.
