Job summary

TileBar, part of Soho Studio, is seeking a Commercial/A&D Sales Representative to service select customers in your market, quote, sell, and fulfill orders with a solid base and commission plan. Travel is required, and the role emphasizes product knowledge, CRM use, and collaboration across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, plus experience with tile/building materials and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in Tile/Natural Stone/Building Materials or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with supply chain teams.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with Sales Pad, Magento and Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Promptly answer and resolve customer and sales inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance.
• Be responsive to customer concerns and follow up.
• Process purchase and sample orders.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and branding.
• Assist in managing CRM-based account activities.
• Travel is required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
