Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC is seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer or Senior Enlisted with extensive Combat Systems experience to support SMWDC by providing subject matter expertise in Surface Warfare tactics and training for SWCTC development. Billets include AW, AMW, IW, and LCS specialties.

Candidate must have leadership, data analysis, and strong briefing abilities, with an active security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years systems engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with Navy training management systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in Surface Warfare tactics and training.
• Support SWCTC development at SMWDC.
• Lead workshops to identify process improvements.
