Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Systems engineering experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• SWO with Department Head experience and TAO qualification.
• 3+ years experience at major staff or training commands.
• 4+ years experience with Navy training processes.
• Experience leading teams in process improvements.
• Clearance eligibility for Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Surface Warfare tactical expertise for SMWDC.
• Fill billets for various specialist roles.
• Lead workshops for process improvement.
• Develop presentations for senior Navy leadership.
• Track training documentation using Navy systems.
