Sigma Defense is seeking a SMWDC Surface Warfare Requirements & Experimentation Analyst to support our team in San Diego, CA. The role requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with extensive experience as a Surface Warfare Officer and strong C2/warfighting capabilities.

The position offers a competitive salary ($128,000 - $158,000 annually) and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and educational assistance. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• At least 5 years of experience with Command-and-Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions for fleets.
• Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred; Aviation Officer qualification acceptable.
• Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Work closely with the N8/N9 shop on capability assessments across the SMWDC domain.
