Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems in San Diego, CA seeks an SMWDC Surface Warfare Requirements & Experimentation Analyst to support our team. The role requires an active Secret or higher clearance and U.S. citizenship, with 8+ years as a Surface Warfare Officer and strong Command-and-Control experience.

You will work closely with the N8/N9 shop on capability assessments across the SMWDC domain; a bachelor’s degree is required, and the position offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• At least 5 years of experience with Command-and-Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
• Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred. Aviation Officer qualification is acceptable.
• Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
