Sigma Defense Systems LLC in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced SMWDC Surface Warfare Requirements & Experimentation Analyst to support the team. The role requires extensive naval warfare and C2 capabilities experience, with a preference for WTI qualification and a DoD security clearance.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with a Bachelor's degree and be prepared to operate within naval staff and fleet procedures. Salary ranges from $128,000 to $158,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• At least 5 years of experience with Command-and-Control issues for surveillance, engagement and planning functions.
• Experience as a WTI (AMW or ASW/SUW) qualified officer preferred; Aviation Officer qualification acceptable.
• Experience with Staff and Fleet operations and procedures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active security clearance at Secret level or higher (clearance not sponsored).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the N8/N9 shop on capability assessments across the SMWDC domain.
