ExxonMobil in Midland, TX is seeking a Surface Commercial & Land Advisor – Surface to join world‑class teams and gain hands‑on experience on projects that create impact. You will identify and consult with surface owners concerning drill site locations, ingress/egress, roads, and the settlement of various damages associated therewith.

You will provide management and oversight of survey crews and field brokers, coordinate with environmental teams, and ensure drill schedule expectations are met

Qualificações

• Upstream oil and gas knowledge and 3+ years of surface land experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills; able to deliver in a team environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in drilling location construction, water/ROW acquisition, surface owner negotiation/settlement, or related oilfield work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a company vehicle ~40% of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and draft Surface and Subsurface Use Agreements and related contracts.
• Contact surface owners in advance to establish rapport and arrange activities.
• Coordinate survey schedule and accompany field teams to stake multi-well pads.
• Serve as Midland Basin surface owners point of contact with knowledge of oil & gas development and related rural industries.
• Coordinate with Environmental team on remediation progress and landowner requirements.
• Ensure drill schedule expectations are met across company disciplines.
